  13. 5.0/5
Excellent overview of ethical issues for lawyers when using email
Very practical with a realistic and pragmatic approach that bridges the gap between traditional legal practice (for older lawyers) and new lawyers who may have grown up with (and take for granted) email and related cloud-based technology, but who may not otherwise fully understand their interface with lawyers' professional obligations. Very well-presented by Cathryn - particularly good to have several short video clips throughout which not only help to accommodate the nuances in this topic when providing commentary, but are a welcome change from just reading lots of text and doing quick quizzes. Also included good coverage of all the most pertinent ASCR and a useful practical demonstration by critiquing that example of a poorly drafted email which should be a good reminder to any lawyer tempted to resort to making unfounded allegations and legal threats to their opponents!
