Christopher is a Principal at Miller & Prince Lawyers, specialising in corporate finance, alternative dispute resolution and insolvency law.
Christopher is a practising solicitor and co-founded Miller & Prince Lawyers in early 2017. Christopher is a co-author of the text ‘PPS In Practice’ – A practitioner’s guide to the Personal Property Security Act 2009 (Cth). He practices predominantly in the areas of corporate, banking and corporate insolvency. Prior to Miller & Prince Lawyers, Christopher was in the banking and finance team at Minter Ellison and has acted in various secured, syndicated and bilateral corporate finance transactions, both cross-border and domestic. He has advised lenders and large corporate borrowers across a range of industry sectors.
