Christopher is a Principal at MillerPrince, specialising in corporate finance, alternative dispute resolution and insolvency law.
Christopher is a practising solicitor and co-founded MillerPrince in early 2017. Christopher is a co-author of the text ‘PPS In Practice’ – A practitioner’s guide to the Personal Property Security Act 2009 (Cth). He practices predominantly in the areas of corporate, banking and corporate insolvency.
Prior to MillerPrince, Christopher was in the banking and finance team at Minter Ellison and has acted in various secured, syndicated and bilateral corporate finance transactions, both cross-border and domestic. He has advised lenders and large corporate borrowers across a range of industry sectors.
