Michael Hodgkins

Michael has been a partner of Birman & Ride since July 2009. He leads the firm’s family and property law teams which offer a broad range of services including settlements, commercial law, family law, wills and estate planning.

Michael has been a partner of Birman & Ride since 1 July 2009. He leads the firm’s family and property law teams which offer a broad range of services including real estate settlements, property and commercial law, family law, wills, estate planning, probate and estates.

Michael’s business objective is to offer a wide range of consumer legal services that are accessible, competitively priced and delivered to a high standard.

Michael is the chairperson of the Board of a local Independent Public Primary School. He is a trustee of the charitable fund of Fremantle Chamber Orchestra Pty Ltd and the orchestra’s principal clarinet. He is the web editor of several other community groups. He is a member of the Law Society of Western Australia.

Michael graduated from Murdoch University in 1996 with degrees in Law and Commerce and joined the firm as an articled clerk the same year. He was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 1997.
