- identify and respond to incidents, issues and breaches;
- use suitable processes to manage these when they arise; and
- act to appropriately prepare for incidents, or prevent these if possible.
Using a structured six-stage approach to incident management, combined with illustrative scenarios, you will learn how to readily apply this knowledge in your day to day practice.
