Peter Lowe is a highly experienced criminal barrister with 26 years of experience in criminal law and administrative law.
Peter is a graduate of the University of Sydney, Bachelor of Arts (1983) and Bachelor of Laws (1986). After practising as a Senior Solicitor with the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions and the Environment Protection Authority for 10 years, Peter was called to the Bar in 1999.
Peter has a diverse practice and a wide range of experience in both State and Commonwealth cases. He is an experienced trial and appellate Counsel and regularly appears in the Local and Magistrates Court, District and County Courts and Supreme Courts of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and the Australian Capital Territory in addition to the Federal Court and High Court of Australia.
Peter has published a number of academic articles in publications such as the Australian Law Journal and Law Society Journal of New South Wales. He has also appeared in a number of televised interviews and documentaries.
