Masterclass: Even More Bloody Meetings

Course Summary

This masterclass will provide you with the tools you need to organise and chair productive meetings, as well as how to effectively manage the people who attend your meetings

Course Details

Combining two of our most popular courses, “Meetings, Bloody Meetings” and “More Bloody Meetings”, this masterclass will provide you with the tools you need to run productive and effective meetings.

The first course, “Meetings, Bloody Meetings” focuses on the procedural side of meetings and how you can ensure your meetings are well organised and efficient. The second course, “More Bloody Meetings” focuses on how you can effectively manage the people who attend your meetings, and avoid wasted time due to poor behaviour.

The problems faced during meetings are explored through the experiences of Tim (John Cleese), a manager who consistently fails to run effective meetings. Tim has a dream he is before a judge, charged with failing to run meetings effectively. The judge demonstrates how the rules for managing meetings parallel those of a court, and illustrates the chaos that would inevitably ensue if he ran his court the same way Tim ran his meetings.

You can also purchase these courses separately through our online courses page.
