Louise Mathias is a barrister (non-practising), lawyer, advanced-trained mediator and founder of High Performance Lawyers. She brings together legal experience with expertise in high performance, emotional intelligence, negotiation and leadership.
After 10 years in litigation as a solicitor and barrister and more than a decade mediating legal disputes, Louise understands legal practice from the inside.
