There are any number of “leadership sins” you can commit when you are in charge of a team. Learn how you can avoid committing these “sins” and build a happier, more productive team.
There are a number of classic “leadership sins” you can commit when you are in charge of a team. These “sins” are all different, but are all equally likely to alienate your team and diminish motivation. The six “leadership sins” we will explore in this course are:
- Control freakery;
- Avoiding conflict;
- Dithering;
- Being loved;
- Avoiding small talk; and
- Vanity.
This course will help you to quickly identify the different “leadership sins” using humorous examples, and provide practical strategies for addressing them.
