Kathryn Hallett

Kathryn is a senior lawyer with over 20 years experience specialising in commercial, corporate and employment law. She has also lectured in ADR and Mediation for the University of Western Sydney.

Kathryn is admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Management) from the University of Western Sydney, a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the University of Western Sydney and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law Sydney.

Kathryn joined the University of Western Sydney in 2010 where she taught a range of subject such as Corporations Law, Mediation, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Professional Responsibility and Ethics. Prior to joining the University of Western Sydney, she practiced as an Industrial Relations and Employment Law specialist in a number of mid-tier private practice firms before moving in-house to become Legal Counsel, Australia/New Zealand for a major multinational company listed on the US Stock Exchange. Kathryn then moved on to become Legal Counsel, Asia Pacific for another multinational company listed on the London Stock Exchange, before being seconded in this role to Singapore for two years. There, she had the responsibility of providing legal advice to the Company's seventeen offices in nine countries around the Asia Pacific region.

Kathryn is now Principal Lawyer at Hallett Law, providing legal advice on a wide range of legal matters including corporate, commercial, workplace relations and employment law.
