Principal Managing Solicitor Haydn Rigby Lawyers

Haydn Rigby was admitted to practice in 1988 and founded Haydn Rigby Lawyers in 2015 after working in the private, public and university sectors.

Haydn obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia in 1987 and was admitted to practice in 1988 after completing his articles of clerkship at Kott Gunning. From the early to the mid 1990's, Haydn undertook legal work at the Commonwealth Attorney General's Department in the Commercial and Major Assets Disposal Units, General Litigation Unit, and the Revenue Recovery Unit conducting customs prosecutions, tax recovery, corporate receiverships and bankruptcy work.  

From 2007 to 2010, Haydn was a full-time lecturer and associate dean at the University of Notre Dame (Fremantle), co-ordinating the units Commercial Practice & Ethics and Civil Procedure. From 2011 to 2014, he was a senior lecturer and academic chair at Murdoch University Law School, lecturing and tutoring in Criminal Law, Ethics and Professional Responsibility.

In 2015, Haydn founded Haydn Rigby Lawyers and became the Principal Managing Solicitor. He currently practices in Western Australia.
